At Durdle Door

Durdle Door Sunset
Durdle Door

What a beautiful day last Wednesday was! Amongst all the wet and dreary winter days, it was a day of mostly bright, clear sunshine so I made the most of it by heading out for a 14 mile walk along the awesome Dorset coast. This shot was taken as the late afternoon sun sank to the horizon, throwing that lovely golden light across the landscape. The picture was taken at Durdle Door and the two headlands that you can see are Swyre Head and beyond that, Bat’s Head. For once, there weren’t many people on the beach 🙂 !

Naturally, I took quite a few pictures so I’ll share some more when I have processed them.

Until then…..

Thanks so much for stopping by and reading my ramblings, and I hope you enjoy exploring with me.

Until next time,
