I came across this picture whilst I was searching through my files for something so I thought I would post it on here. It was taken a year or two back at Boscombe sea front whilst I was on a walk to Hengistbury Head and it shows the beach huts and flats that look out onto the beach.
It was taken using the iPhone’s panorama facility and is testament to how good this facility is – it has worked almost perfectly and the only slight mishaps in alignment are on the angled roof lines. As you can see, the colours are brilliant too. As a walker/backpacker who takes lots of landscape shots, I find the panorama facility on my phone really useful and often beats my main camera for this type of picture. The shot is a near 180 degree panorama, hence the curved lines.
I have always thought that these flats are particularly attractive and well designed, especially with that colourful row of beach huts in front of them. The views out to sea from those balconies must be awesome!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all have a very happy and blessed Easter break.
Until next time,
